Ingredients

  • 300g (17) Digestive biscuits

  • 120g (½ cup) Butter

  • 3 tbsp Golden syrup

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder

  • 150g Chocolate

  • 70g (½ cup) Raisins

Method

  1. Line a square baking tray with grease-proof paper.

  2. Roughly break up digestive biscuits into a large bowl.

  3. Add butter, golden syrup & cocoa powder to a saucepan on low heat. Stir occasionally until the butter melts.

  4. Add chocolate to the saucepan on low heat, stir until smooth and glossy.

  5. Incorporate the wet mixture onto the digestives and add the raisins.

  6. Pour the mixture into the lined baking tray and press it firmly into place.

  7. Melt some chocolate and drizzle evenly over the tiffin mix.

  8. Chill in fridge for 3 hours then cut into even squares.
