French toast

Overview
Slightly obsessed with these. Somehow every time we have them we end up with enough energy to completely re-landscape the garden.

Ingredients
1 cup (240ml) Soy milk
2 tbsp Plain flour
2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
6 Bread slices or 10 Baguette slices (stale)
Method
Preparation
In a medium-sized bowl, mix soy milk, flour, nutritional yeast, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
Dip each slice of bread into mixture, flipping to ensure entire slice is covered.
Cooking
Place a large frying pan over medium heat and add butter.
Cook until golden brown and a little crispy.
Serve with maple syrup.
